When your body is working right, everything feels in rhythm — your heartbeat, breathing, focus, energy, even your sleep.
That harmony is called coherence — and it’s directed by your Endocannabinoid System (ECS), the body’s master regulatory network that keeps all systems talking and tuned.
Today, we’ll explore what coherence really means, how the ECS keeps your body’s “symphony” on beat, and what you can do to stay in tune through simple nutrition and rhythm practices.
Coherence = harmony among your body’s systems.
The Endocannabinoid System is the conductor keeping that rhythm.
Omega-3s, amino acids, and vitamins B + C are essential for cellular communication.
Malnutrition and infection create static — the root of most disease.
TrueMedX formulas and Neighborly Wellness testing help restore coherence naturally.

Hello, everyone, and welcome to another exciting version of Chip Talks Health!
Today we’re going to talk about some kind of complicated science — but I promise we’ll make it easy to understand.
We’re diving into the Endocannabinoid System, and how it plays a role in how your body functions and how your cells talk to each other.
The way I study things is really from the cellular level.
If you understand what happens in a single cell, you can understand things on a systemic level.
Everything with us starts at the cellular level — and even finer than that, at the mitochondrial level.
Think of something that has a nice, predictable sound — like a guitar string.
When that string is tuned properly, it plays a clear, consistent note.
That’s coherence — an organized, harmonious frequency.
Now, if you detune that guitar and start playing random noise, it becomes incoherent — unpleasant and chaotic.
So what does coherence look like inside of you?
Your body plays its own kind of music every day through predictable rhythms:
Circadian rhythm — Your 24-hour internal clock that syncs with sunlight and vitamin A.
Heartbeat rhythm — About one beat per second, connected to your sleep-wake cycles.
Breathing rhythm — Variable but trainable; it changes with your stress level and activity.
These rhythms create predictable patterns. When they’re aligned, your body is in harmony. When they’re disrupted, you lose coherence — and your systems fall out of tune.
A laser beam is coherent — focused, organized, and powerful.
A light bulb is incoherent — its energy scatters in all directions.
Your body works the same way.
When your energy is coherent, it’s efficient and healthy.
When it’s incoherent, you waste energy, lose coordination, and create static.
Even in electrical engineering, we learn that tuning a circuit makes it more efficient.
In biology, a healthy mitochondrial network communicates coherently, while infected or inflamed tissue loses that communication.
So, what does the Endocannabinoid System (ECS) have to do with all this?
The ECS is your master regulatory system — it keeps track of all these rhythms and feedback loops.
It understands your circadian rhythm through vitamin A receptors in your body, influences your heartbeat, and helps regulate breathing.
These systems function automatically, but the ECS helps them stay in sync.
It’s aware of and connected to all your body’s beat keepers — rhythm, balance, and harmony.
The ECS is literally the backbone of coherence.
If a cell wants to act on its own, it won’t express cannabinoid receptors.
But if it wants to join the collective — to play in harmony with the rest of the body — it raises its hand by expressing a CB1 receptor.
That receptor allows the cell to “hear” the conductor’s signal.
Every cell (except red blood cells) can express CB1 receptors, even mitochondria and other organelles.
Without coherence, you have individual cells doing their own thing.
With coherence, you have an organized, functional body — every cell playing from the same sheet of music.
You can actually practice coherence. Try this simple exercise:
Inhale for five seconds.
Exhale for five seconds.
Repeat several times.
When you align your breathing with your heartbeat, your nervous system calms.
This 5-5 breathing pattern entrains your body’s rhythms and instantly restores a sense of balance.
Coherence doesn’t just depend on rhythm — it depends on nutrition.
Your body must have its essential nutrients every day to maintain communication:
Balance Omega-3 and Omega-6 fats.
Omega-3s are electrically active and keep your communication channels wide open.
Too many Omega-6s narrow your signal, reducing coherence.
You need all nine essential amino acids to build proteins for repair and signaling.
When infected or stressed, you can’t build conditional amino acids, so collagen helps fill the gap.
These act as electrical stabilizers and energy catalysts inside your cells.
When you lack these nutrients, you literally lose bandwidth — your cells can’t communicate properly, and static builds.
Most of us today are malnourished in Omega-3s, amino acids, and vitamins B and C.
That malnutrition narrows the communication spectrum and causes dysfunction.
Then add infection:
SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth)
H. pylori
Parasitic infections
These create even more static, confusing your cellular signals and disrupting your ECS control.
This is why disease begins with malnutrition and infection — the two main causes of incoherence.
At TrueMedX, we built our products around this concept of coherence.
The Core Nutrition Bundle meets all essential nutrient needs:
Omega-3s for communication, amino acids for protein building, and vitamins B + C for cellular energy.
Then, to address infection and inflammation, we created bundles like:
Gut Restore
Deworm
Calm
Digest
These help cleanse the microbial terrain and restore cellular harmony.
At Neighborly Wellness, we use bioresonance and thermal imaging to identify where coherence is lost — pinpointing the “static” so we can help you tune back in.
If you want to feel more coherent today, do three things:
Breathe with rhythm — 5 seconds in, 5 seconds out.
Nourish your body — meet your essential nutrient needs daily.
Observe your environment — light exposure, rest, hydration, and fasting all impact rhythm.
When coherence is restored:
You look younger.
Your cells regenerate efficiently.
Your mind clears and focus returns.
Energy, libido, and vitality improve.
You literally feel “in tune” again.
We’re exploring ways to visualize coherence using imaging — similar to thermal scans.
Healthy, coherent tissue would appear organized and glowing, while incoherent areas would look scattered and dull.
That’s a project I’d love to collaborate on — imagine being able to see your coherence in real time.
Coherence. Coherence. Coherence.
It’s another way of describing health — or static, when it’s missing.
A coherent system is a symphony in tune.
An incoherent system is a symphony out of tune.
We are designed to live in rhythm — to sync with the sun, our heartbeat, and our breath.
That’s how the Endocannabinoid System keeps us aligned with natural order.
“Your body is a symphony.
The Endocannabinoid System is its conductor — guiding every rhythm, every cell, every breath into harmony.”
— Chip Paul
Thanks for listening, and I’ll see you next Friday on another episode of Chip Talks Health!
If you’re new to how your body’s cells communicate, start with Episode 16 —
👉 The Cellular Collective: How Your Cells Talk Through the Endocannabinoid System
In that episode Endocannabinoid System and Coherence, Chip explains how the ECS acts like a group text for your cells — helping them “raise their hand” and stay in sync with the whole body.
This week’s episode builds on that foundation — showing how those same cellular “voices” stay in tune with your natural rhythms like your heartbeat, breath, and circadian cycle.
Think of coherence like tuning a guitar.
When it’s tuned correctly, every string vibrates in harmony and creates a clear, pleasant sound.
But if one string is off — even slightly — the whole song sounds wrong.
Your body works the same way.
When your cells, organs, and systems communicate properly, you experience energy, clarity, and calm.
When that communication breaks down, you get inflammation, fatigue, and brain fog — static instead of symphony.
Coherence shows up in all your body’s rhythms:
🕓 Circadian rhythm: your 24-hour internal clock.
❤️ Heartbeat rhythm: about once per second, tied to your sleep and oxygen levels.
🌬 Breathing rhythm: variable, but trainable through slow, mindful breathing.
These rhythms create predictable, healthy frequencies inside you — and when they stay coordinated, your body performs like a perfectly tuned instrument.
Your Endocannabinoid System (ECS) is the conductor of that inner symphony.
It coordinates every section — brain, heart, gut, immune, endocrine — keeping your rhythms synchronized.
Each cell can “join the orchestra” by expressing a CB1 receptor.
That receptor is like the cell raising its hand and saying, “I want to be part of the harmony.”
When millions of cells do this together, coherence emerges.
But when cells lose that connection — from malnutrition, stress, or infection — the music fades and static takes over.
The ECS keeps coherence through:
Vitamin A and light cues that maintain circadian rhythm
Heart and breathing feedback loops that self-regulate calm
Cell-to-cell signaling through cannabinoids and terpenes
That’s why Chip often says:
An incoherent system looks like a detuned instrument or a flickering lightbulb.
Energy is scattered. Communication is lost.
Common causes of incoherence include:
🧪 Malnutrition: Missing essential fatty acids, amino acids, and vitamins.
🦠 Infection: SIBO, H. pylori, or parasites disrupting cell signals.
⚡ Inflammation: Oxidative stress and toxicity.
😰 Chronic stress: Nervous system overdrive.
At Neighborly Wellness, we use bioresonance and thermal imaging to identify where your body has lost coherence — the “static” zones in your cellular network.
To restore coherence, you have to feed your body’s communication system.
Chip breaks this down into three essential nutrient categories:
“Most of us are overfed on omega-6s and starved for omega-3s.”
Without the nine essential amino acids (and the conditional ones your body can’t make during infection), you can’t build the proteins needed for communication and repair. Collagen peptides help fill that gap.
These are your body’s electrical stabilizers — supporting energy transfer and nervous-system signaling.
To make this easy, TrueMedX developed the 👉 Core Nutrition Bundle – Daily Brain & Body Fuel which combines omega-3 support, amino-acid replenishment, and a therapeutic multivitamin to target cellular coherence from the inside out.
Try this simple coherence exercise Chip shared:
- Inhale for 5 seconds, exhale for 5 seconds — repeat 3 times.
- This synchronizes your breathing with your heartbeat and activates your ECS through calm feedback loops.
You’ll feel an immediate sense of balance because your nervous system, heart, and lungs are literally communicating in rhythm again.
Once you’ve met your essential nutrient needs, the next step is ensuring your body isn’t fighting hidden infections.
Chip identifies three major disruptors that cause incoherence:
SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth)
H. pylori
Parasitic infections
TrueMedX offers targeted support bundles — Gut Restore, Deworm, Calm, and Digest — formulated to rebalance the microbial terrain and restore harmony to your internal rhythms.
At Neighborly Wellness, bioresonance scans can help pinpoint which imbalance you’re facing and guide your next steps.
It’s when your cells and organs communicate efficiently — energy, oxygen, and information flow smoothly.
