Here's a pattern worth noticing.


You have a sleep issue — you find a sleep product. A focus issue — there's something for that too. Stress. Digestion. Energy. For every named problem, there's a labeled solution waiting on a shelf or a website, and the whole system makes a certain kind of intuitive sense.


Except it skips something important.

Eating and nourishing are not the same thing.

Here's where it gets more interesting.


Eating good food is step one. What gets digested, absorbed, and ultimately used is another conversation.


Digestion is a multi-stage process. Food is broken down in the stomach, further processed in the small intestine, and nutrients are absorbed across the intestinal lining into circulation.
