We ship orders using USPS or UPS, depending on your location and the selected shipping option. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your chosen carrier and shipping method.
Countries We Ship To
We ship to all countries where our products are available for sale. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us at info@truemedx.com for assistance.
Shipping and Receiving Hours
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (CST).
- We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
Order Processing Times
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CST) on Fridays will be processed on the next business day (Monday).
- Please allow 1-2 business days for processing, especially during high-volume periods or holidays.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all shipping timelines, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays. If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email.
