[00:01:01] Chip: Let’s dive right in. Sybil, can you explain what your business does?

Sybil: Absolutely. In simple terms, we knock out sickness. We improve air quality in homes, businesses, and vehicles by eliminating pathogens, allergens, mold, and more. You handle the inside—we handle the outside. It’s a perfect partnership for total wellness.

[00:05:01] Chip: You mentioned fogging and cleaning—can you explain that process?

Sybil: We use electrostatic foggers paired with Vital Oxide, an EPA-approved, food-safe disinfectant. The fogger emits charged particles that wrap around every surface—even under chairs or on walls where little hands have been. It kills bacteria, viruses, mold, allergens, and more. It's safe, eco-friendly, and very effective.

[00:10:01] Chip: How often do people need this? And what does it cost?

Sybil: For homes, it depends on traffic—kids, pets, or entertaining guests. For HVAC systems, every six months. We charge $249 for up to 3,000 sq ft and $150 per HVAC system. Vehicles start at $55. It’s very affordable compared to getting sick.

Sybil: Yes, we help with mold—especially after leaks. But first, the source (like a roof leak) must be fixed. We also service cannabis and produce grows, but only when rooms are empty or sealed to avoid damaging live plants. Our fogging destroys bacteria, mold, and fungus in grow rooms and HVAC systems.

Sybil: So many. I remember one bank that called us in a panic. The look of relief when we showed up—it felt like we were rescuers. That feeling never gets old. During COVID, we sanitized daycares, churches, offices—helped so many families.
